• Tickets may only be reserved online, not purchased or guaranteed.
• A maximum of 12 seats per performance may be reserved in a single transaction. Please see below for details of group bookings.
• NVT will only contact you if, for some reason, your reservation cannot be fulfilled, or if advance payment is required (e.g. for large groups).
• Ticket reservations will only be guaranteed upon receipt of payment.
• Payment must be made at the box office by cheque or cash only, please. NVT is not able to accept credit or debit cards.
• Tickets which have not been paid for and collected at least 15 minutes before a performance is due to start may be re-sold.
• On-street parking near the NVT can be scarce. If travelling by car you are advised to allow 15-20 minutes to find a space.

• For qualifying performances* a group discount of one free ticket will apply when more than 10 tickets are reserved.
• The lowest-price ticket will be discounted.
• The group discount only applies to standard member and non-member tickets.
• Payment in advance will be required for bookings of more than 10 seats. NVT will contact you to arrange this.
• If advance payment is not received by an agreed date, NVT may cancel your reservation.
