nvt volunteer vacancies

We are constantly looking for volunteers to participate in the theatres activities. If you want to learn about:

LIGHTING
SOUND
STAGE MANAGEMENT
PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT

or any of the TECHNICAL or ADMINISTRATIVE aspects of the theatre there will always be something to do. You will gain experience and have a wonderful time being part of a creative process.

Equally, if you prefer to assist FRONT OF HOUSE, in the BAR or BOX OFFICE there is a lovely welcoming team in place to ease you in. You will be most valued as a part of this vital team.

We are always in search of people with skills such as:

IT
ELECTRICAL
PLUMBING
PLASTERING
RENDERING etc.

In addition to our creative programme we have a wonderful building to upkeep and we are only able to balance the two with the generosity of our members.

If you would like to get involved in the theatre's activities the only prerequisite is that you become a member of the theatre. If you have specific skills to offer or if you would like to gain specific theatre skills then Bedford Place is the Place for you.

We are currently seeking:

TRAINED ELECTRICIANS - Can you help us install a fire alarm system. If you have the skills please put yourself forwards to join our growing team of sparkies. This is vital work for the future of the theatre.

IT - We have some vital development work to do to bring our website and IT system up to date. This will help us to move to the next stage of our development. If you can offer some time that will make a huge difference.

NOTE: It's important that you know that every contribution no matter how small helps. We ask you to give what you can.
